Who can attend?

The World Humanitarian Forum and co-located events are B2B and B2G events. 

Can I bring children?

Ticket holders must 16 or older.

How can I register for the show?

Registrations will be open soon.

Once registered to one event, you will have access to all three co-located events. Registrations are valid for both the 19th and 20th May 2021.

(Please note this does not include access into the World Humanitarian Forum).

Is the show free to attend?

Our co-located events - Aid & Trade, International Disaster Management Exhibition and Emergency Show are all free to attend.

The World Humanitarian Forum is a paid event and tickets can be purchased soon.

When will I receive my entry badge?

Once registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email, containing your personal e-badge.

Download it and show it to one of the member of our staff to gain access at the exhibitions.

Can I edit my registration details?

Yes, you can. By logging in to your personal page, you will be able to review and amend your details.

Can I register on arrival at the show?

Yes, you can. Our staff onsite will be happy to assist you with the registration. However, we usually recommend you to pre-register online, in order to save you time at the event and avoid any queue.

Is my registration specific to a day?

No. Once you register, you have access for both days 19th and 20th May 2021.

Where is the show held?

London (location will be available soon)

Where can I stay?

There will be a dedicated section on the website with accommodation that we offered at advantageous rates.

Is there a cloak room/baggage storage?

There are two cloakrooms which are open dependent on the event that you are attending. One cloakroom is in the west end of the venue on level 0 by N4/S4 and one in the east end on level 0. Cloakrooms are open during show hours.

Is there disability access at the venue?

There is easy disability access and the Venue offers further services, such as wheelchairs hire and disable changing facilities.

Do I need a visa?

I need an invitation letter to assist with my visa application. How do I apply for this?

We can provide an invitation letter for visa purposes upon request. You can send us your enquiry via email at info@whf.london. We will let you know what information we require.
